By engaging Plumbing Thornton & Drain Clean Expert for plumbing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
Services Provided
Plumbing Thornton & Drain Clean Expert provides professional plumbing services including but not limited to:
- Emergency plumbing repairs
- Drain cleaning and maintenance
- Water heater installation and repair
- Pipe repair and replacement
- Toilet and fixture services
- Commercial plumbing solutions
Service Appointments and Scheduling
Service appointments are scheduled based on availability and the nature of the plumbing issue. Emergency services receive priority scheduling with our guaranteed 30-minute response time for qualifying emergencies within our primary service area.
Cancellation Policy
Service appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 2 hours advance notice. Cancellations with less than 2 hours notice may be subject to a service call fee.
Pricing and Payment Terms
All pricing is provided upfront with free estimates. Our pricing structure includes:

- Payment due upon completion of services

Emergency Service Pricing
Emergency services are available 24/7 with no overtime charges. Emergency service calls start at $99 with all additional work priced according to our standard rate schedule.

- Labor warranty: 1 year on all plumbing repairs and installations
- Parts warranty: Manufacturer warranty applies to all parts and fixtures
- 100% satisfaction guarantee on all services
- Warranty service provided at no additional charge during warranty period
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about plumbing issues
- Ensuring safe access to work areas
- Removing personal items from work areas
- Providing accurate contact information for scheduling
- Payment for services as agreed upon
Property Access and Safety
Our technicians require safe access to work areas. We reserve the right to refuse service if working conditions are deemed unsafe or if access to necessary areas is restricted.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing conditions not disclosed by the customer
- Damage resulting from customer negligence or misuse
- Consequential or indirect damages
- Issues arising from work performed by other contractors
Insurance and Licensing
Plumbing Thornton & Drain Clean Expert is fully licensed, bonded, and insured in accordance with Colorado state requirements. Our insurance coverage includes general liability and workers' compensation.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in accordance with Colorado state law.
Service Area
Our primary service area includes Thornton, CO and surrounding communities including Lakewood, Belmar, Green Mountain, Edgewater, Applewood, Sloan's Lake, and Denver West. Service outside our primary area may be subject to additional travel charges.
Environmental Responsibility
We are committed to environmentally responsible practices including proper disposal of old fixtures and materials, use of eco-friendly products when possible, and promotion of water-efficient solutions.
Modifications to Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a new effective date.

Governing Law
